As you venture out into the Noman-lands, you begin to see the blighted wildlife Legolas had mentioned. It is best that these disease-carrying creatures be culled, so new life may eventually take hold here.

Legolas can be found in the Camp of the Host, on the northern edge of North Ithilien.

You should return to Legolas and tell how you have cleansed the Noman-lands of many blighted creatures.
