Thurindol asks for you to take weapons from Orcs you defeat in order to lessen the amount of weapons the forces of Mordor have at their disposal.
'If the Orcs beneath the Slag-hills are still able to mobilize against our own forces, we must try to even the field.
'I ask of you to collect their crude weapons. If many of the Orcs have to fight against us with only their fists, then they will be no match to our blades.'
Orcs can be found within the caverns of Skoironk.
You should defeat Orcs and gather their weapons.
