The Guards of the Silver Deep are a group of dwarf-guardians charged by Thorin to ensure that the Silver Deep remains undisturbed.
'Before we left for the Lonely Mountain, Thorin asked a few dwarves to stay behind and guard the Silver Deep. They were led by Olin, and it was he who was charged with sending reports to King Dáin. Nobody had heard from Olin in quite a while...long enough to make us worried.
'Olin just returned and is resting to the west of Frerin's Court. You should speak with him and see if you can learn what he's been up to.'
Olin may be found to the west of Frerin's Court.
