Writ of Lightning: Applies max rank of debuff and builds double Battle Attunement
Epic Conclusion: Leaves a trailing DoT for a portion of the damage dealt
Shocking Words: Becomes AoE and slows targets for 5s after being stunned.

Cannot be cast out of combat.
