Everything needs a little special dwarf-spice when you are making hard tack. Cooks need this for their supporting dishes.

'The larder contains spice used to flavour snacks and hearty dishes. Collect those spices and deliver them here to ease the process of making dishes to aid participants.'
Cooks making dishes that help to speed movement, grant strength, and hasten actions while the dwarves make hard tack require spice from the larder. Collect the spice from the larder and deliver it to a spice rack in the main room.
