Mission: The Hand, Out!
Uruks bearing the symbol of the White Hand encamp in Elven ruins turning beauty into filth. You are tasked with driving the forces out.
'An expedition returned having discovered that there are ruins overrun by Uruks bearing the symbol of the White Hand. This is a transgression against the ancient inhabitants of this land. Something must be done.
'Are you willing to go to these ruins and push the Uruks out?'
Return to the mission giver and make your way to the Uruk encampment. Head forth to strike the White Hand Uruk out of the ruins.

Having driven out a good number of the White Hand from the ruins, it is now time to speak with the mission giver and tell them of your victory.
