The old gardens of Máttugard lay barren, but with some work, they may once again feed the dwarves within the Mighty Court.

'Did you by chance visit the old gardens of Máttugard on your way to Imrêkh-guthlu? It is said that Vâr Nuchur was once a great garden, producing food for the Lord of Gundabad. Now it is a barren place, filled with critters and dirt. Some seeds were brought with us, yet the Orcs have me too preoccupied to plant them. If you are able, would you care to clear the gardens, plant and water the beds, to start the growth anew?'

A good place to fill up the empty water jug and the planters can be found in south-west Máttugard.
