'We have found a den of worms within the mountains. What's left of Scatha's foul brood lay their eggs and raise their young there. I ask that you infiltrate their lair and destroy their eggs before more can hatch! For the Zhélruka!'

Speak to Hórin to travel to the Clutch-hollow.
