'Excuse me, but you seem like a handy sort and I need a little help. I'm expecting a shipment of banners of the newly-wed, but nothing has arrived. If you get your hands on some banner of the newly-wed kits, and some tailoring or woodworking skills, please make three banners and bring them to me.'
The crafting recipe for the banners of the newly-wed can be bartered for from the marriage-wright, Melthend.
Banner of the newly-wed kits can be earned by completing Midsummer quests in Bree-town.
