From Zhar Skator, one of Ugrukhôr's captains commands an Orc army in the Circle of Wrath.

'To the west of here lies Zhar Skator, an encampment of the Orcs, from which several captains keep the lesser Orcs in line. If something were to happen to one of these captains, those under their command might become unruly and disorganized....
