Two forces of Orcs are fortifying the outer ring of Minas Morgul. Thornaran has asked you to defeat warriors in either camp.
'Hail to you, and well-met! Our position in the city is a precarious one, and I hope you will be able to help us keep it! The outer ring of Minas Morgul is inhabited by two different armies of Orcs, and each of them stands in the way of the work we must do.
'Would you defeat troops from either encampment as you encounter them, thereby helping us ensure we can accomplish our mission here? Good, good!'

You should venture forth and defeat Orcs from either army.
