The Dead are moulded and remade within the Shrouded Forge of Búrzangh, to serve those in control of Minas Morgul. Many of these newly corrupted spirits freely roam the halls of the forge before they receive their orders. You should defeat any foes you find within Búrzangh in order to put an end to the evils contained there.

Búrzangh, the Shrouded Forge, can be found in the Circle of Sorrow in Minas Morgul.
