NOTE: Harbingers of the Dead can be found in the following skirmishes: Battle of the Twenty-first Hall, Battle of the Deep-way, Battle of the Way of Smiths, and Rescue in Nûrz Ghâshu. You only need to complete three of the four listed quests today to advance this quest.
