The Orcs of Faltor Gâm seem to worship someone or something, and their totems give you a bad feeling. Faeron has asked you to destroy them while you are there.
'I noticed that the village of infected Orcs is full of unfamiliar totems. I suspect the Orcs may worship the bat-like creature carved into them. Something does not feel right about this and it would be a relief to see these totems destroyed.'
