The nefarious forces of Angmar travel to Evendim in search of powerful artifacts, including Tárlug, who knows only to serve the Angmarim's will.

I believe that this beast is helping the Angmarim discover and plunder tombs. We must stop their efforts before any more powerful artifacts are unearthed.'
