'Well to the south, in Lossarnach, in a marshy inlet, you will find a woman named Luntil. Greet her in my name, and she will take you across the river. There, with luck, you will find Lord Faramir's Rangers, who fight our enemy even now. Help them and you help us all.'

Luntil, the boatwoman, can be found in a marshy inlet south along the shores of the Anduin in Lossarnach.

You should find Luntil and greet her in Dindal's name. She will take you across the river to find Lord Faramir's Rangers.
