'If you really want to help us, pick up that barrel next to me, and fill it up with water from the source of the River Gaelos. After you're done with that task, give some water to the Rangers gathered around Bâr Húrin.'
The barrel is located next to Anborn in the keep at Bâr Húrin.
You should pick up the empty barrel.
