Swelling from the waters of the Blackroot, darkwaters now wander Tarlang's Crown in service of the Heirs of Castamir.

'My scouts have told me that vile things have been seen in Tarlang's Crown. The water of the Blackroot itself has risen against us and serves only to strengthen the already considerable forces there.

'If the water can be returned to the river, perhaps we can then mount a more successful assault on The Scourge's forces.'

Darkwater can be found in and along the river Blackroot throughout Tarlang's Crown.

Elaglar has asked you to venture to Tarlang's Crown and defeat the darkwater under the thrall of the Heirs of Castamir.
