'There is a large cave within Emyn Ernil to which the Corsairs have taken a particular focus. Within it, there appear to be several crystal formations. While that's not altogether unique, what is peculiar about these crystals is they glow, even in pure darkness.

'The Corsairs have taken a particular interest in these crystals. I do not know why, whether for a military purpose or some ancient ritual. Either way, if they want them, we must know why. Gather some samples and bring them back to me.'
