'Any map of the tunnels beneath Emyn Ernil has long since been lost. That makes exploration a dangerous endeavour. The tunnels are a maze of twists and turns, intersections and dead-ends. It is easy to find yourself suddenly turned around and lost.

'There are beams to be found amongst the scaffolding holding most of the tunnels up. As you descend, mark the beams you come across. This will help others who follow in your stead to map their route and find their way back out.'
