'In my grandfather's time they used to mine in the tunnels beneath Emyn Ernil. But then a great rock slide happened. Many perished and the entrance was sealed up. Only recently have we found ourselves with a pressing need to open them again.

'There should still be ore to be found within the tunnels. With some of it we can make some more weapons and armour to defend ourselves. Head to the tunnels beneath Emyn Ernil and try to find some leftover ore.'
