As you explore Tingobel, you notice grim banners of the Rashat-hai hanging about the buildings nearby. These banners do little more than insult the memory of the Gondorian people that until recently inhabited Tingobel. Tearing down these banners may both honour the people of Blackroot Vale and loosen the Enemy's grip on the region.

Rashat-hai banners can be found throughout Tingobel in north-eastern Blackroot Vale.
