'The Corsairs are building boats at Makham Jurrar, a small camp on the north side of Tol Fennas. They are not large themselves, but launched from some of the bigger craft, they could carry a great many Corsairs to shore, even in the shallows.

'Find this camp and destroy the boats that are currently being constructed. You can take a craft from the harbour here in Dol Amroth to get to the island.'
