'I am a collector of odds and ends -- trophies of the enemy. I believe that someday they will be of great historical value, you see.

'A half-orc named Marr, a rather deadly warrior, has evidently been camping just outside of Scylfig of late. Will you bring me his pauldrons? I'll see that you are amply rewarded.'

Marr can be found camping on a hilltop south-west of the ruined town of Scylfig.

You should summon and defeat Marr and collect his pauldrons.
