The Widow of Edsig
One of the three widows is Hereswith. She cannot fathom life without her husband, Edsig, who fell in the Battle at Forlaw's Gate. However, she must find a way to go on as she is now raising their two daughters, Luba and Sigburga, alone.
'Hereswith was devastated at the funeral earlier, and I imagine she is having a hard time today. Please check on Hereswith, who is now the widow of Edsig.'
Hereswith is inside Edsig's house, near the stables and centre of Forlaw. Hereswith is trying to stay busy with household tasks, and not focus on the events of the day.
