'The stone walls have been smashed by the Orcs, and all of the torches and lanterns lining the roads have been destroyed. At night, the town is dark, and it is difficult to believe that an Orc is not hiding in the shadows. Rebuilding the roadways will go far to help the inhabitants feel safe and secure.'
