'Cuthraul are among the deadliest of the fell spirits haunting the Slade of Shadows. As you investigate the Slade, try to banish as many of the spirits as you can, for I fear they will become an army against whom there can be no reckoning if they are not curbed.'
Cuthraul can be found in the Slade of Shadows, south of Andreg's position.
