The reputation of the Quick Post service isn't what it once was, and I really want gentlehobbits throughout the Shire to once again trust in the speedy delivery of their mail.

'Would you mind taking it from the table over there and delivering it to Postmaster Proudfoot? He can be found in the square outside Town Hole -- just look for the stone wall.

'Please deliver it to him as quickly as you can, for he won't be happy with me if I get it to him late! Oh, and let no busybodies bother you as you deliver the mail. Come rain, come shine, come nosey hobbits, a postman must deliver the mail on time!'
