Scouting the Mountains

Stage 1

'Master Elrond sent a scout into the Misty Mountains to watch the activities of the giants. At present, Gwaemithrin is encamped at the small outpost our dwarf-visitors have established north of Imladris.

'Bring Gwaemithrin word of your adventures in Arifael's vale and of the hostile giants there. She may have learned something more about them, though you would think she would have already reported this to Master Elrond if she had.

'Glóin's camp is north and east of Rivendell. Farewell, ${PLAYER}, and go with haste.'

The scout Gwaemithrin is in the highlands north and east of Rivendell, at Glóin's camp.

Ringhul has asked you to take Arifael's warning to Gwaemithrin and learn what she might know of the giants in the Misty Mountains.
